Shipping

How are shipments made and how much do they cost within Greece?

All orders are shipped by courier. By choosing shipping by courier, you are automatically informed of the shipping costs according to the volume of the products in your cart. The shipping cost is calculated according to the volume of your package, while if you choose payment by cash on delivery, you will be charged additional cash on delivery costs.

Will I receive confirmation that my order has been shipped?

On the day your order is shipped, you will receive a message informing you of the shipping number with which you can track the progress of your package through the website of the shipping company with which your order was shipped.

In how many days will I receive my package after the shipping date?

All updates regarding the shipment of your order indicate the date on which your package leaves our company's warehouse.

All orders are shipped by courier and are received within 1 to 2 business days from the date of shipment.

Also, the company ''EVENTS ART'' bears no responsibility in case of delay in the delivery of your package due to strikes or bad weather conditions.

Returns and/or Changes

Can I change the products I have already received?

Our products are designed and manufactured especially for you, based on your own wishes and choices and we are confident that their quality will completely satisfy you. Therefore, it must be understood that for our products that have been manufactured especially for you, there is no possibility of return.

However, if the product you have purchased and you are not completely satisfied with the product you have purchased, you must contact the customer service department within 14 days from the date of issue of the sales receipt, by phone at 2831029707 and then send us your request for return of the products in writing, at events_art@yahoo.com, so that we can arrange its return. However, we would like to inform you in advance that the relevant shipping costs of the returned products will be borne by you. In addition, and in any case, return and replacement is possible under the essential condition that the product has not been used, is in excellent condition and in its original packaging.

In the event that the return is not made in accordance with the above, our company may not accept any return.

What is the policy regarding defective products?

In case you receive a defective product, please contact us at 2831029707 no later than 4 business days from the date of issue of the sales receipt and we will inform you about how to replace it without any transportation costs. After 4 business days, the transportation costs of the product are borne by the customer. Please note that EVENTS ART is not responsible for cases of lost packages or product damage caused by the fault of the transportation company.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can change or cancel your order without any charge within 2 business days from the date of deposit of your advance payment by calling the customer service department at tel: 2831029707 or via email at events_art@yahoo.com and if your order has not been prepared for shipment. After 2 working days from the date of deposit of the advance payment, the customer is charged cancellation and change fees which amount to 50% of the total value of the products in your order.
